Hansika Motwani (Sindhi)  is an Indian actress born on 9 August 1991 and a former child actress. She has worked in Hindi, Telugu, Kannada and Tamil films.

फिल्मकार प्रकाश झा को अपनी फिल्म 'आरक्षण' के लिए काफी दिक्‍कतों का सामना कर पड़ रहा था ये तो हम सब ही जानते है मगर पहले ही सप्ताह में इस फिल्म ने 58.5 करोड़ रुपये का बिजनेस किया है। और ये फिल्म लोगों को काफी पसंद आ रही है

प्रकाश झा इन आकड़ों को देखकर कहते हैं की इससे मै खुश हूं कि लोगों को मेरी फिल्‍म काफी पसंद आ रही है। वहीं दूसरी ओर उत्‍तर प्रदेश में आरक्षण पर लगी रोक हट गई है। आरक्षण पर लगी सरकारी रोक के आदेश को शुक्रवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने निरस्त कर दिया था। पंजाब और आंध्र प्रदेश में एक दिन बाद ही फिल्म के प्रदर्शन पर से रोक हटा ली गई थी।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जज एम.शर्मा और जज अनिल.आर.दवे की दो सदस्यीय खंडपीठ ने कहा कि सरकार फिल्म पर इस तरह का विरोध जता नहीं सकती इसका हक केवल सेंसर बोर्ड को हैं। खंडपीठ ने कहा कि एक बार जब केंद्रीय फिल्म प्रमाणन बोर्ड ने इसके प्रदर्शन की मंजूरी प्रदान कर दी है तो उसके बाद कोई सरकार उसकी कहानी पर कोई विरोध नहीं कर सकती।

आरक्षण फिल्म 12 अगस्त को देश में प्रदर्शित हुई थी। अब उत्‍तर प्रदेश के लोग भी इस फिल्‍म को देख सकेंगे। वहीं इस फिल्‍म को लांच करने के पहले काफी विवाद भी उभर कर सामने आए थे। लोगों ने इस पर प्रतिबंध लगाने का विरोध भी किया था।

छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य अनुसूचित जनजाति आयोग ने 'आरक्षण' फिल्म को राज्य में टैक्स फ्री करने की माग की है।

आधिकारिक सूत्रों ने शुक्रवार को यहा बताया कि छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य अनुसूचित जनजाति आयोग के अध्यक्ष देवलाल दुग्गा ने मुख्यमंत्री रमन सिंह को आयोग की ओर से ज्ञापन सौंपकर प्रकाश झा की फिल्म 'आरक्षण' को छत्तीसगढ़ में टैक्स फ्री करने का आग्रह किया है। मुख्यमंत्री ने दुग्गा का ज्ञापन वाणिज्यिक कर विभाग के सचिव को भेजकर इस संबंध में आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया है।

दुग्गा ने मुख्यमंत्री से कहा है कि यह फिल्म शिक्षाप्रद और प्रेरणादायक भी है। आयोग के अध्यक्ष ने मुख्यमंत्री को सौंपे ज्ञापन में राज्य की नई पीढ़ी के लिए इस फिल्म का प्रदर्शन प्रोजेक्टरों के माध्यम से छत्तीसगढ़ के सभी स्कूल-कॉलेजों में करवाने का भी आग्रह किया है।



अधिकारियों ने बताया कि मुख्यमंत्री ने उनके सुझावों को स्वागत योग्य बताया और कहा कि दुग्गा की यह पहल निश्चित रूप से सराहनीय है, जिन्होंने राज्य अनुसूचित जनजाति आयोग, अनुसूचित जाति आयोग और अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग आयोग के पदाधिकारियों के साथ स्वयं टॉकिज में जाकर इस फिल्म को देखा और इसे शिक्षाप्रद पाकर टैक्स फ्री करने की अनुशसा की है।



दुग्गा ने मुख्यमंत्री को बताया कि इस फिल्म के बारे में देशभर के समाचार माध्यमों में कई प्रकार की खबरें आ रही थीं, जिन्हें गंभीरता से लेकर छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य अनुसूचित जनजाति आयोग ने अन्य दोनों आयोगों के पदाधिकारियों को साथ लेकर इस महीने की 12 तारीख को यहा फिल्म को देखा। उन्होंने कहा कि यह फिल्म राज्य के अनुसूचित वर्गो और अन्य पिछड़ा वर्गो के लिए अत्यंत उपयोगी साबित होगी, क्योंकि इसमें आरक्षण के बारे में संवैधानिक पहलुओं को तथ्यात्मक रूप से प्रस्तुत किया गया है। फिल्म शिक्षाप्रद और प्रेरणादायक है।

दुग्गा ने कहा कि अगर इस फिल्म को छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार टैक्स मुक्त कर दे और स्कूल-कॉलेजों में छात्र-छात्राओं को भी इसे दिखाया जाए तो समाज के हर वर्ग के लोग शिक्षा और आरक्षण की जरूरत को समझकर उसके यथार्थ से परिचित हो सकेंगे।

केवल 20 रुपए में देखें प्रतिबंधित फिल्म 'आरक्षण'

कानपुर।। उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने प्रकाश झा की विवादित फिल्म 'आरक्षण' पर भले ही रोक लगा दी हो, मगर कानपुर में इसकी पाइरेटेड सीडी और डीवीडी गली-मोहल्लों में ठेलों और दुकानों पर धड़ल्ले से बिक रही है। विवादों में रहने के कारण फिल्म की मांग बहुत ज्यादा है और कीमत 20 रुपए होने के कारण लोग इसे खूब खरीद रहे हैं।

गौरतलब है कि आरक्षण फिल्म पिछले शुक्रवार को उत्तर प्रदेश और कुछ अन्य राज्यों को छोड़कर रिलीज हो गई है। विवादों के कारण स्थानीय लोग इसे देखने में बहुत दिलचस्पी ले रहे हैं। शहर के परेड मार्केट, बिरहाना रोड, सोमदत्त प्लाजा, पी.रोड, सागर मार्केट आदि में फिल्म की सीडी और डीवीडी खुलेआम बिक रही है। बिरहाना रोड पर ठेले पर सीडी और डीवीडी का कारोबार करने वाले एक व्यक्ति ने बताया कि फिल्म रिलीज होने के अगले दिन पाइरेटेड सीडी हमारे पास आ गई थी। लोगों में क्रेज ज्यादा होने के कारण शनिवार को सीडी 50 रुपए में बिकी, मगर अब यह 20 रुपए में उपलब्ध है। सीडी और डीवीडी के प्रिंट के बारे में पूछने पर उन्होंने कहा पायरेटेड सीडी का प्रिंट साफ नहीं होता, मगर समझने लायक जरूर होता है।

कानपुर के एडीएम सिटी शैलेन्द्र सिंह ने इस मुद्दे पर कहा कि उन्हें इसकी सूचना मिली है और वह मनोरंजन विभाग और पुलिस को सीडी बेचने वाली दुकानों पर छापा मारने और सीडी जब्त कर दोषियों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई करने का आदेश दे चुके हैं।

India successfully conducted the user trial of a BrahMos supersonic guided missile capable of hitting targets that may otherwise be inaccessible like in hilly areas, defence ministry sources said.


 Indian Army has tested a supersonic missile, the BrahMos Block III, Trial was conducted in Pokhran in the Thar desert region of Rajasthan.

The BrahMos can be used in the mountainous terrain along the Pakistani and Chinese border.

It is a stealth supersonic cruise missile that can be launched for ground targets from a very low height - as low as 10 metres. It is believed to be best for surgical operations as it has a very low radar signature.

The BrahMos missile has a range of 290 km and can carry a conventional warhead of up to 300 kg.
 
BrahMos Aerospace Ltd, set up in 1998 as a joint venture of India and Russia, manufactures supersonic cruise missiles based on the Russian-designed NPO Mashinostroyenie 3M55 Yakhont.


It can be launched from submarines, ships and aircraft. Sea- and ground-launched versions of the missile have been successfully tested and put into service with the Indian Army and navy

सुपरसोनिक क्रूज मिसाइल ब्रह्मोस से 30 किलोमीटर दूर अजासर गांव में काल्पनिक ठिकाने पर अचूक निशाना भेदकर अपनी मारक ताकत दिखाई |

इसकी विशेषता ‘दागो और भूल जाओ’ है।

कहा जा रहा है कि ब्रह्मोस मिसाइल अमेरिका की टॉमहाक क्रूस मिसाइल से भी बेहतर है
दुनिया में सबसे तेज गति वाली क्रूज मिसाइलों में शुमार है। जो 2.8 मैक (3430 किमी/ प्रतिघंटा) तक हो सकती है।इसके पनडुब्बी और हवा से दागे जाने वाले संस्करण विकास की प्रक्रिया में हैं।

बाजार में आएगा 150 , 1,000 रुपए का सिक्का

चवन्नी गई तो क्या, अब आ रहा है 1,000 रु. का सिक्का

वित्त मंत्रालय ने चवन्नी को भले ही चलन से बाहर कर दिया हो, लेकिन संसद ने 1,000 रुपये का सिक्का चलाने का रास्ता साफ कर दिया है। राज्य सभा ने गुरुवार को कॉइन्स बिल 2009 को पारित कर दिया।

लोकसभा ने इसे पहले ही पारित कर दिया था। इससे सरकार को सिक्कों से जुड़ी अन्य बातों के अलावा 1,000 रुपये तक के सिक्के जारी करने का भी अधिकार मिल गया।

वित्त मंत्री प्रणब मुखर्जी ने राज्य सभा में इस विधेयक पर चर्चा के बाद पर जवाब देते हुए बताया कि इससे देश में 1,000 रुपये तक के सिक्के चलने का रास्ता प्रशस्त होगा। यही नहीं, जरूरत के हिसाब से नए टकसाल (मिंट) खोले या बंद किये जा सकेंगे। हालांकि सदस्यों ने यह भी कहा कि एक हजार रुपये का सिक्का रहने से काले धन के संचय को भी बढ़ावा मिलेगा।

इस पर वित्त मंत्री का कहना था कि अभी 1,000 रुपये का सिक्का नहीं ढाला जा रहा है। इस विधेयक में यह व्यवस्था है कि जब जरूरत पड़े इतनी राशि का सिक्का छाप ले। सिक्के पर ही उन्होंने चवन्नी की चर्चा करते हुए कहा कि यह जन मानस से जुड़ा है, तब भी इसे हटाना पड़ा। यह समय की मांग है। छोटे सिक्के समय और जरूरत के हिसाब से ही ठीक होते हैं। उन्होंने अंग्रेजी राज की चर्चा करते हुए कहा कि उस समय एक पैसा ही नहीं बल्कि पेनी चलता था।

उस समय तीन पेनी का एक पैसा होता था। उस समय पेनी में भी काफी सामान मिल जाता था। जैसे जैसे समय बदला, पेनी क्या एक दो तीन पांच दस और बीस पैसे के सिक्के भी बंद हो गए। कॉइन्स एक्ट में सिक्केगलाने वालों या इसका दुरुपयोग करने वालों के लिए सख्त सजा का प्रावधान किया गया है।

अब यदि कोई सिक्कों को गलाएगा तो उसे सात साल की सख्त सजा हो सकती है। इसी दौरान उन्होंने कहा कि देश में नियंत्रक एवं महालेखा परीक्षक (सीएजी) तथा आयकर विभाग के 150 वर्ष पूरे हो गए हैं। इन दोनों संस्थानों की तरफ से भी इस स्मृति में सिक्के जारी करने का अनुरोध प्राप्त हुआ है। इसे पूरा भी किया जाएगा।

आपको जल्दी ही बाजार में 150 रुपए का सिक्का देखने को मिल जाएगा। दरअसल भारत में कराधान के 150 वर्ष पूरे होने के मौके पर 150 रुपए के सिक्के जारी किए जाएंगे।

ये विशेष सिक्के वित्त मंत्री प्रणब मुखर्जी द्वारा बजट भाषण से ठीक पहले जारी किए जाएँगे। आयकर विभाग का 150 वर्ष 2010 में पूरा हो गया। विभाग ने 1860 में काम करना शुरू किया था।

वित्त मंत्रालय के आर्थिक मामलों के विभाग ने हाल ही में एक अधिसूचित किया कि पहली बार सरकार द्वारा 150 रुपये के सिक्कों की ढलाई की जा रही है। ये सिक्के चाँदी, ताँबा, निकेल एवं जस्ता से बनें होंगे और इन पर एक ओर ‘सत्यमेव जयते’ और ‘भारत’ का नक्शा होगा। तो वहीं दूसरी तरफ मधुक्मक्खी के साथ चाणक्य एवं कमल के प्रतीक होंगे

This is the scene in most research centres and software companies and other

off-shore offices. Bachelors "time-passing" during late hours in the office

just bcoz they say they've nothing else to do...

Now what r the consequences... read on?

"Working"(for the record only) late hours soon becomes part of the institute

or company culture. With bosses more than eager to provide support to those

"working" late in the form of taxi vouchers, food vouchers and of course

good feedback,(oh, he's a hard worker... goes home only to change..!!).

They aren't helping things too...

To hell with bosses who don't understand the difference between "sitting" late and "working" late!!!

Very soon, the boss start expecting all employees to put in extra working hours.

So, My dear Bachelors let me tell you, life changes when u get married and start having a family...

office is no longer a priority, family is... and that's when the problem starts...

because u start having commitments at home too.

For your boss, the earlier "hardworking" guy suddenly seems to become a "early

leaver" even if u leave an hour after regulartime... after doing the same

amount of work. People leaving on time after doing their tasks for the day

are labeled as work-shirkers...

Girls who thankfully always (its changing nowadays... though) leave on time are labeled as "not up to it".

All the while, the bachelors pat their own backs and carry on "working" not

realizing that they r spoiling the work culture at their own place and never

realize that they wuld have to regret at one point of time .

So what's the moral of the story??

 Very clear, LEAVE ON TIME!!!

o Never put in extra time " *unless really needed *"


o  Don't stay back un-necessarily and spoil your company work culture which will in turn cause inconvenience to you and your colleagues.

There are hundred other things to do in the evening..

Learn music... Learn a foreign language... try a sport...

TT, cricket.........importantly Get a boy/girl friend take him/her around town...

And for heaven's sake net cafe rates have dropped to an all-time

low (plus, no fire-walls) and try cooking for a change.

Take a tip from the Smirnoff ad: "Life's calling, where are you?"

marriage, even after you are given the broadest of hints by her! Remember expectations always double…
