दिल्ली की एक अदालत ने पूर्व दूरसंचार मंत्री ए राजा और द्रमुक की सांसद कनिमोई सहित 17 आरोपियों के खिलाफ़ 2जी स्पेक्ट्रम आवंटन घोटाले में उनकी कथित भूमिका पर आरोप तय करने के मामले में शनिवार को आदेश सुनाया। अदालत ने मामले में राजा एवं दो अन्य सरकारी अधिकारियों के खिलाफ़ आपराधिक विश्वास हनन के नये आरोप संबंधी सीबीआई की याचिका को मंजूरी दी है। करीब दो महीने रोजाना चली सुनवाई में आरोपियों तथा सीबीआई की दलीलें सुनने के बाद विशेष सीबीआई जज ओ पी सैनी ने अपना आदेश 14 अक्तूबर तक के लिये सुरक्षित रख लिया था। मामले में आरोप तय किये जाने के बारे में फ़ैसला सुनाने के बाद अब आरोपियों की सुनवाई शुरू होगी। आरोपियों पर आईपीसी की विभिन्न धाराओं के तहत आरोप लगाये गये हैं. इसमें आपराधिक साजिश तथा धोखाध़डी शामिल हैं। राजा एवं अन्य सरकारी अधिकारियों पर अपने पद का दुरूपयोग का आरोप लगाया गया है जो भ्रष्टाचार निरोधक कानून के तहत दंडनीय है। अदालत आरोपियों पर विश्वास भंग का अतिरिक्त आरोप लगाने के बारे में भी निर्णय करेगी। अपनी दलील में सीबीआई ने आरोपियों पर आपराधिक विश्वास हनन का आरोप लगाया है। इस आरोप में दोषी पाये जाने पर आजीवन कारावास की सजा मिल सकती है। मामले में राजा और कनिमोई के अलावा अन्य आरोपियों में मंत्री के पूर्व निजी सचिव आर के चंदोलिया, पूर्व दूरसंचार सचिव सिद्धार्थ बेहुरा, द्रमुक द्वारा परिचालित कलेगनर टीवी के प्रबंध निदेशक शरद कुमार, बालीवुड फि़ल्मों के निर्माता करीम मोरानी तथा रिलायंस अनिल धीरूभाई अंबानी समूह के कार्यकारी निदेशक गौतम दोषी, हरि नायर तथा सुरेन्द्र पीपीरा शामिल हैं। इसके अलावा अन्य आरोपियों में स्वान टेलीकाम के प्रवर्तक शाहिद उस्तान बलवा, आसिफ़ बलवा तथा राजीव अग्रवाल, यूनिटेक लि. के प्रबंध निदेशक संजय चंद्र तथा डीबी रयिल्टी के प्रबंध निदेशक विनोद गोयनका शामिल हैं।

यह खबर सीधे तौर पर आपसे जुड़ी हुई।

रोज़ सुबह हम लोग जब तत्काल टिकेट बुक करने के लिए आठ से नो बजे कोशिस करते हैं तो सर्वर हमेशा डाउन मिला है या फिर कम्प्यूटर हेंग हो जाता है

असल में ये सब कारनामा होता है बड़े एजेंटों द्वारा / स्पेसल सोफ्टवेयर द्वारा
 दरअसल रेल मंत्रालय ने इंटरनेट के जरिए सुबह में शुरुआती एक घंटे तक एजेंटों द्वारा टिकटों की बुकिंग पर रोक लगाने का फैसला किया है। यह रोक सुबह आठ बजे से नौ बजे तक के लिए लगाई गई है। इस दौरान त्वरित बुक विकल्प एवं कैश कार्ड बुकिंग पर रोक रहेगी।



तत्काल टिकट योजना के तहत टिकटों के आरक्षण के दुरूपयोग को लेकर लगातार मिल रही शिकायतों के बाद ही यह कदम उठाया गया है। साथ ही इंटरनेट के जरिए टिकट प्राप्त करने वाले लोगों की सुविधा के लिए आईआरसीटीसी के सर्वर की क्षमता को बढ़ा दिया गया है। विभाग का कहना है कि उसके इस कदम से रेल से सफर करने वाले वास्तविक मुसाफिरों को काफी सहूलियत होगी।


‘तत्काल’ टिकट सुविधा का दुरुपयोग रोकने के लिए यह कदम इंडियन रेलवे कैटरिंग एंड टूरिज्म कारपोरेशन लिमिटेड (आईआरसीटीसी) ने उठाया है।


कुछ एजेंट एक खास साफ्टवेयर की मदद से तत्काल के टिकट आठ बजे सर्वर खुलते ही करा लेते थे। आम आदमी को कभी तत्काल टिकट नहीं मिलता था। यहां महत्वपूर्ण ट्रेनों की बात हो रही है। लेकिन नई व्यवस्था से आम आदमी को टिकट मिलने का मौका रहेगा। अभी तक एजेंट आरक्षण खुलते ही सुबह एक घंटे में ज्यादातर टिकट बुक कर लेते थे। इससे आम यात्रियों को बेहद दिक्कत होती थी। रेलमंत्री दिनेश त्रिवेदी ने भी आर्थिक संपादकों के सम्मेलन में तत्काल टिकट के आरक्षण में हो रहे फर्जीवाड़े को स्वीकार किया था। उन्होंने माना कि ‘तत्काल’ सुविधा का लाभ आम आदमी को नहीं मिल रहा है जबकि आईआरसीटीसी के एजेंट इसका लाभ उठा रहे हैं। हालांकि पिछले महीने ही आईआरसीटीसी ने कई कदम उठाए थे। लेकिन उसका कोई फायदा नहीं हुआ था।


रेल अधिकारियों के मुताबिक सुबह 8 से 9 बजे तक एजेंटों को ‘तत्काल’ टिकट की बुकिंग के लिए प्रतिबंधित कर दिया गया है। इसके साथ ही ‘तत्काल’ टिकट में अब नाम परिवर्तन भी नहीं हो सकेगा। जो व्यक्ति तत्काल टिकट पर यात्रा कर रहा है उसे अपना पहचान पत्र दिखाना होगा। आम आदमी इंटरनेट के जरिए आसानी से टिकट लेसके, इसके लिए आईआरसीटीसी की सर्वर क्षमता को भी बढ़ाया गया है। गलत और अवैध बुकिंग हतोत्साहित करने के लिए रिफंड के नियमों को भी सख्त किया गया है।


रेल मंत्रालय के मुताबिक, आईआरसीटीसी एजेंटों द्वारा ई-टिकट सुविधा के दुरूपयोग को रोकने के लिए रेलवे ने सुबह आठ बजे से नौ बजे तक त्वरित बुक विकल्प एवं कैश कार्ड बुकिंग को बंद करने का निर्णय किया है। साथ ही इंटरनेट के जरिए टिकट प्राप्त करने वाले लोगों की सुविधा के लिए आईआरसीटीसी के सर्वर की क्षमता को बढ़ा दिया गया है और गलत तथा अवैध बुकिंग को हतोत्साहित करने के लिए रिफंड के नियमों को सख्त बनाया गया है। (एजेंसी)

In order to check Tatkal tickets being cornered by touts at the booking counters, the Indian railways on Thursday restricted the number of tickets per individual to two between 8.00am and 9.00am

Among the other steps taken by the ministry to curb the activity of touts at around 10,000 ticket booking counters across the country, the railways has also decided to stop the Quick Book Option and cash card booking between 8.00am and 9am

Earlier, in February 2011, the railways had introduced the provision of carrying identity proof by any one of the passengers travelling on a Tatkal ticket. It also stopped the facility of name change on such tickets.


Though checks are conducted at railway booking counters by senior officials, sources said the network of touts is widely prevalent at smaller junctions.

"There has been concern over passengers suffering as touts used to corner the Tatkal tickets as soon as the booking counters opened for the day. These measures will help check the menace," said a senior railway official.


The steps, officials said, have been taken with a view to reducing chances of misuse of e-ticketing facility being offered by the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation.
There are complaints about large number of Tatkal tickets being cornered by touts and unscrupulous elements during the opening hours of reservation.  “Regular checks have been intensified by senior officials at Reservation Offices particularly during opening hours in the morning to check the activities of touts and other unscrupulous elements,” said the official.

Hours after being attacked on Wednesday, senior Supreme Court lawyer Prashant Bhushan said that he was attacked by Shri Ram Sena activists who stormed into his chamber and began assaulting him without saying anything.

Bhushan also said that one of the attackers claimed he was from the Sri Ram Sena, a right wing organisation.


Bhushan said that the group should be socially boycotted in the country.

"The government must ban this organisation. They have no moral right to continue," he said.

"Violence cannot be the answer to tackle violence," Bhushan said.

Bhushan was discharged from RML hospital in New Delhi.

The attack on Bhushan, a prominent Team Anna member who is in the forefront of the fight for a strong Lokpal, was shown live on the TV screens when the three youths barged into Chamber No 301 of New Lawyers Chamber opposite Supreme Court.

The men then slapped him, pulled his spectacles, beat him and pinned him to the ground after pushing him out of the chair and kicked him.

Bhushan's assistant who came to his help was also roughed up by the attackers before one of them was caught and beaten up by some people said to be lawyers and others, while the other two escaped.

Regaining his composure, Bhushan said it appeared that the youths targeted him for his stand on Jammu and Kashmir.


On Facebook, a page for the Bhagat Singh Kranti Sena claimed responsibility. "We hit prashant bhushan hard in his chamber in supreme court," a post declared. As he was led away, the assailant who was arrested said they had gone to talk to Mr Bhushan about a position he had taken on the Kashmir issue. "We will not let anyone insult our martyrs," he said. The man, who said his name was Inder Verma, is being questioned at the Tilak Marg police station. The other two, Tejinder Singh Bhulla and Vishnu Gupta, are at large.


The Bhagat Singh Kranti Sena is a self-proclaimed "task force against traitors, anti-nationals and the corrupt". They also claim they are "a team of guys who are crazy for the nation and those who can do anything for the nation."


"They were saying that I have made some comments on Kashmir to which they were taking objection. I have said that a plebiscite should be held in Kashmir," he said.

Inder Verma (24), a resident of Karai Village in Nangloi, was arrested for the attack while a hunt is on to nab the other two. Verma claimed that he was the president of Sri Ram Sene's Delhi unit.



The attack was condemned from all quarters, including Home Minister P Chidambaram who said one person (Verma) has been arrested. He has asked Delhi Police to arrest the other two attackers as soon as possible.


In Ralegan Siddhi, Hazare strongly condemned the attack, saying nobody has the right to take law on their hands.

जब उनसे पूछा गया कि क्या वह बिग बॉस -5 में 13 महिलाओं के बीच में रहना पसंद करेंगे ?, तो चंकी पांडे का जवाब था , ' मैं 13 महिलाओं के बीच अकेले रहने के बजाय अपना सेक्स चेंज करवाना ज्यादा बेहतर समझूंगा। बेचारे शक्ति कपूर की तो हालत पतली है। '


उन्होंने कहा , ' वहां ' स्कोर ' करने की कोई गुंजाइश नहीं है। यह कुछ ऐसा ही है कि आपके चारों तरफ पानी है , लेकिन पीने को एक बूंद नहीं है। बिग बॉस में शक्ति कपूर कोई आऊऊऊ जैसी हरकत नहीं करने जा रहे हैं। '

अन्‍ना के विरोध से हिली कांग्रेस: दिग्विजय ने बोला हमला, देशमुख ने भेजा दूत

हिसार. हरियाणा के हिसार संसदीय क्षेत्र में 13 अक्‍टूबर को हो रहे उपचुनाव में कांग्रेस उम्‍मीदवार को हराने के लिए टीम अन्ना ने कमर कस ली है। इससे कांग्रेस बौखला गई है। पार्टी ने इसके लिए जहां टीम अन्‍ना पर हमला बोला है, वहीं अन्‍ना हजारे को मनाने की कोशिशें भी शुरू कर दी हैं।

शनिवार को अरविंद केजरीवाल ने नारनौंद में कांग्रेस के खिलाफ मोर्चा खोलते हुए कांग्रेस को वोट न देने की अपील की। केजरीवाल ने कांग्रेस पार्टी को निशाने पर लेते हुए कहा है कि अगर मजबूत लोकपाल कानून बना तो केंद्र सरकार के आधे मंत्री जेल जाएंगे। उन्होंने दिग्विजय सिंह, मनीष तिवारी और कपिल सिब्बल की तीखी आलोचना करते हुए कहा कि लोकपाल कानून जनतंत्र के खिलाफ नहीं बल्कि भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ है।

कांग्रेस महासचिव दिग्विजय सिंह ने टीम अन्‍ना के विरोध को यह कह कर हल्‍के में उड़ा दिया कि हिसार का उपचुनाव राष्‍ट्रीय महत्‍व का है ही नहीं। उन्‍होंने अन्‍ना पर दोहरे मानदंड अपनाने का भी आरोप लगाया

कांग्रेस महासचिव दिग्विजय सिंह ने एक बार फिर अन्ना हजारे पर निशाना साधा है। इस बार दिग्विजय ने अन्ना पर राष्ट्रपति बनने का सपना देखने का आरोप लगाया है।


दिग्विजय ने कहा कि बीजेपी ने अन्ना को राष्ट्रपति पद का सपना दिखाया है कि उन्हें अगले राष्ट्रपति चुनाव में सर्वदलीय उम्मीदवार के तौर पर पेश किया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि अन्ना बीजेपी के बहकावे में आ गए हैं और बीजेपी के इशारे पर काम कर रहे हैं।


अन्ना के भ्रष्टाचार विरोधी आंदोलन के पीछे किसका हाथ है, इस पर कई तरह के सवाल उठते रहे हैं। दिग्विजय सिंह ने अन्ना के आंदोलन के पीछे आरएसएस का हाथ होने की बात कही थी, जिसके बाद अन्ना ने दिग्विजय को पागलखाने भेजने की बात कही थी।



दिग्विजय सिंह ने कहा कि मेरी बात बिल्कुल सही है, क्योंकि अब तो आरएसएस खुद आंदोलन के पीछे अपना हाथ बता रही है। दिग्विजय ने कहा कि वह पागलखाने जाने को तैयार हैं, लेकिन शर्त यह है कि अन्ना भी उनके साथ चलें।

दिग्गी के मुताबिक बीजेपी ने अन्ना को शब्जबाग दिखाए हैं कि 2012 में होने वाले राष्ट्रपति पद के चुनावों में अन्ना को सर्वदलीय प्रत्याशी के तौर पर पेश किया जाए यानि अन्ना जो कर रहे हैं वो राष्ट्रपति पद के लालच में कर रहे हैं।


दिग्विजय ने कहा कि अन्ना को दरअसल गैर कांग्रेसियों ने घेर लिया है। यही वजह है कि अन्ना सिर्फ कांग्रेस को हराने की बात करते हैं। जबकि यूपी में तो 20 साल से कांग्रेस सत्ता में ही नहीं है।

टीम अन्ना का वज़ूद तय करेगा हिसार उपचुनाव

हिसार उपचुनाव से पहले कांग्रेस के खिलाफ अन्ना हजारे के बिगुल फूंकने के बाद कांग्रेस के होश उड़े हुए हैं. हिसार में जब टीम अन्ना के सदस्य अरविंद केजरीवाल, कांग्रेस के खिलाफ गरजने पहुंच गए तो कांग्रेस ने डैमेज कंट्रोल शुरू किया.


कांग्रेस के पास हिसार सीट 2009 के बाद से नहीं है. चूंकि हिसार सीट उसकी परंपरागत सीट नहीं है इसलिए सीट हाथ से निकलना उतना बड़ा मुद्दा नहीं होना चाहिए लेकिन अन्ना के विरोध के बाद अगर कांग्रेस हार गई तो हार बहुत बड़ी बन सकती है.

 कांग्रेस जीत गई तो अन्ना की शर्मिंदगी होगी, अगर कांग्रेस हार गई तो अन्ना की ताकत और बढ़ जाएगी.

वॉशिंगटन। अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति बराक ओबामा ने कहा है कि पाकिस्तान का आंतकवादियों से संपर्क है और इसे ओबामा ने चिंता का विषय बताया। साथ ही ओबामा ने यह भी कहा कि अमेरिका पाकिस्तान से अपने संबंधों की समीक्षा करेंगे।

इस मुद्दे को लेकर ओबामा पाकिस्तान से काफी नाराज हैं। गौरतलब है कि काबुल में अमेरिकी दूतावास पर हुए हमले के बाद में यह मुद्दा गर्मा गया है। अमेरिका ने हक्कानी नेटवर्क के संबंध आईएसआई से होना बताया था। ओबामा का यह भी कहना है कि "जिन आतंकियों के खिलाफ ऑपरेशन के लिए पाकिस्तान अमेरिका से मदद ले रहा हैं उन्हीं आतंकियों को पाकिस्तानी सेना और आईएसआई का सहयोग मिल रहा है। साथ ही ओबामा ने पाकिस्तान को भारत से शांतिपूर्ण रिश्ते कायम करने की भी सलाह दी।

Sofía Margarita Vergara - Vergara (born July 10, 1972) is a Colombian actress, television host, model, and entrepreneur.


Vergara had been widely known for co-hosting two TV shows for Univisión in the late 1990s. Early lifeVergara was born in Barranquilla, Colombia. Her mother, Margarita Vergara Dávila de Vergara, is a homemaker, and her father, Julio Enrique Vergara Robayo, produced cattle for the meat industry. "Toti" was the nickname given to Vergara by her five brothers and sisters and many cousins, including television news anchor and reporter Carlos Vergara. She grew up in her hometown of Barranquilla, and was raised as a devout Catholic in a well-off family, attending a private bilingual Spanish/English school.

CareerVergara was discovered by a photographer while walking on a Colombian beach. Soon she was presented with offers in modeling and television work, and she considered accepting them despite being raised both conservatively and religiously. According to an article in the January 2002 issue of Maxim, Vergara was "apprehensive about doing her first television commercial—until her Catholic schoolteachers gave her their personal permission to take the assignment."Vergara made her first appearance as a performer at the age of seventeen, in a Pepsi commercial that was widely broadcast in Latin America.

Vergara moved to Bogotá, Colombia, at the age of twenty, where she worked as a runway model and on television. From 1995 to 1998, she was co-host with Fernando Fiore on Fuera de serie ("Out of the Ordinary" or "Over-the-Top"), a travel series that sent her to exotic places around the world. It was telecast on the international Univisión Spanish-language television network, and it made her a star in the Latin American market. It also gave Vergara television exposure in the United States via the Univisión stations there. She co-hosted the Univisión show A que no te atreves ("I Dare You"). She appeared as a guest star in the season-four opening of the HBO series Entourage.

Besides runway and catalog modeling work, Vergara did independent projects. She was photographed for posters and swimsuit calendars in 1998, 2000, and 2002.

Vergara is 1.70 m (5 ft 7 in) tall, and she has naturally blonde hair (for movies and television, she is sometimes asked to color it brunette to make her look more stereotypically Latina). Vergara was under an exclusive television contract with Univision for several years, and after it expired she accepted a role with the ABC network in the United States. Vergara appeared on the ABC situation comedies Hot Properties and The Knights of Prosperity. In 2009, Vergara had a five-week stint on Broadway as "Mama" Morton in the revival of Chicago.

In 2011, Vergera was supposed to star in The Paperboy, an independent drama directed by Lee Daniels. Due to delays, shooting was pushed back a week (which conflicted with Vergara shooting Season 3 of Modern Family), so she was forced to drop out.

In July 2011, she finished filming for the Farrelly Brothers’ The Three Stooges, her first lead role in a film. Vergara said, "I play a mean woman that tries to manipulate the Three Stooges into killing her husband so that she gets all the money."

In 2011, Vergara was named the new face of CoverGirl. It will be her first ever campaign for the cosmetics company. The advertisements will debut in January 2012.


In April 2011, Vergara debuted in a Diet Pepsi commercial with David Beckham. Diet Pepsi's marketing director has said that Pepsi has formalized its relationship with Vergara, but it is not known when or where follow-up commercials will air.
In September 2011, it was announced that Vergara is designing a clothing line for K-Mart targeting "soccer moms."

Personal life -
Vergara was married at the age of 18 to her childhood sweetheart, and she gave birth to her son Manolo Gonzalez-Ripoll Vergara on September 16, 1992, at the age of 20.


After her divorce, Vergara studied pre-dentistry at a university in Colombia for three years. Then, many opportunities arose to work in modeling and in show business, and Vergara decided to pursue these in Latin America, leaving two semesters shy of graduating from dental school. Soon she decided to move to Miami, Florida, to take advantage of opportunities and to move away from unrest in Colombia (her older brother had been murdered in 1998 during an attempt to kidnap him). She brought her son, mother and sister with her.Her sister, Sandra, is now a minor movie and television actress in the United States.

Sofia was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in 2000. She followed the treatment recommended by her doctors (surgery, iodine radiation) and made a full recovery
